Four rules. None of them bend.
Make the artifact the flex
Whatever you keep should be worth showing off, and better at month six than on day one. If a product only works because it interrupts you, it does not work.
Finished or not shipped
One product that is genuinely done beats five stuck at eighty percent. We would rather make the single thing you would actually miss.
Never cash in on a bad moment
No paywall at the point of panic, no maze at cancellation, no selling attention we were handed in confidence. Loud is not the same as cheap.
Spend it on the product
Heavyweight cotton, tight code, big type. Put the money in the thing itself and it does the shouting for you.
